CM2S3 is recommended for detection of proteins containing the HA tag.
Western blot (WB) (1-10 μg/ml)
Immunoprecipitation (IP) (1-2 μg per 100-500 μg of total protein)
Immunofluorescence (IF) (2-20 μg/ml)
Flow cytometry (FCM) (1 μg per 1000000 cells)
Solid phase ELISA (1-10 μg/ml)
*Optimal dilutions should be determined by the researcher.
Protein A purified from cell culture supernatant
CM2S3 mab is capable of neutralizing most influenza subtypes, including H1, H2, H5, H6, H8, and H9 from influenza A virus.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, pH7.5. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.

See Certificate of Analysis for details of reconstitution instruction and specific concentration.
Lyophilized antibody should be stored at -20oC or lower for long term storage.Upon reconstitution, working aliquots should be stored at -20oC to -70oC.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
No activity loss was observed after storage at:
In lyophilized state for 1 year (4oC- 8oC); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 1 month (4oC-8oC) or 12 months (-20oC to -70oC).
Immobilized Anti-Influenza HA Universal MAb CM2S3 (Catalog # CR1-M2S3) at 5μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Influenza A [A/Guinea fowl/Hong Kong/WF10/99(H9N2)] HA (Catalog # HA1-V82E1) with a linear range of 1.95-31.25 ng/mL.
Anti-Influenza HA Universal MAb CM2S3, produced by HEK293 cells, is a neutralizing antibody against Hemagglutinin Protein (HA) of most subtypes of influenza A virus. It recognizes a highly conserved helical region of the hemagglutinin (HA) glycoprotein of influenza A virus, and is capable of neutralizing influenza subtypes H1, H2, H5, H6, H8, and H9. It was also found protective in mice when given before and after lethal H5N1 or H1N1 challenge.
CM2S3 mAb can be used for western blot, IP, IF, flow cytometry (FCM) and ELISA, and it also could be developed for use as a broad spectrum agent for prophylaxis or treatment of human or avian influenza infections without prior strain characterization.
