Recombinant Human IL20RB /IL-20R2 Protein, With C-Fc Tag (rhIL20RB Fc Chimera) Asp 30 - Ala 230 (Accession # AAH63696) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) at ACRObiosystems.
rhIL20RB Fc Chimera, fused with Fc fragment of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, has a calculated MW of 49.1 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Asp 30. As a result of glycosylation, DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 50 kDa and non-reduced protein migrates as 100 kDa.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM tris, 100 mM glycine, pH7.0. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.

Interleukin-20 receptor subunit beta (IL20RB) is also known as IL-20R2, DIRS1, which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL20RB / IL-20R2 contains two fibronectin type-III domains. IL20RB / IL-20R2 is widely expressed with highest levels in skin and testis. IL20RB can be fused with IL20RA or IL22RA1 forming heterodimer. The IL20RA/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. The IL22RA1/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL20 and IL24.
