> CD19タンパク質：CD19-CAR-Tを検出するために設計されている 
CD19はB細胞の発達を通して発現するB細胞表面タンパク質であり、慢性リンパ性白血病（CLL）、ALLや多くの非ホジキンリンパ腫など、ほぼ全てのB細胞悪性腫瘍に発現します。この特異性と単一細胞系に対する普遍的な発現により、CD19は、二重特異性抗体、ADC、Fcタンパク質光学、CAR-T細胞療法などの抗体ベースの治療において注目されている標的となっています。現在、2つの抗CD19 CAR-T細胞療法と1つの二重特異性抗CD19/CD3抗体が、血液学的B細胞悪性腫瘍の治療薬としてFDAに承認されています。ClinicalTrials.govによると、2020年5月7日まで、763件以上の臨床試験が開始されました。

Binding activity of FITC-Labeled Human CD19, His Tag from two different vendors were evaluated in the ELISA analysis against FMC63 Mab. The result showed that ACRO's FITC-Labeled Human CD19, His Tag has a much higher binding activity than that of the other vendor.
