ACROBiosystems offers several convenient ways to place orders and make payments. You can find more detailed information in the How To Order section.
We accept Purchase Orders (PO) for offline orders. Your Purchase Orders should contain the following information:
Name and contact information, including telephone number, fax, and email address
Name of your Institution /Company
Purchase Order Number or Credit Card Information
Catalog Number of Desired Product(s)
Quantity of Desired Product(s)

Payment must be received within the next 30 days in USD.
To cancel an order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. For order that have already shipped, a restock fee might be charged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
ACROBiossytems Inc. is an international company based in the US. If you want to add ACROBiosystems to a vendor list and set up a purchasing us, please contact us for W-9 form assistance.
You can place online orders and pay with credit card or Paypal. You can also place offline orders over the phone, via email, or via fax with a formal PO (Purchase Order). We recommend that you submit orders and service requests on line.
