This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 61.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 66-115 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human Glypican 3 (S359F), low endotoxin on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Immobilized Human FGF basic, Tag Free (Cat. No. BFF-H4117) at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human Glypican 3 (S359F), low endotoxin (Cat. No. GP3-H5223) with a linear range of 3-128 ng/mL (QC tested).
Anti-Human GPC3 MAb (chimeric mouse-human IgG1) captured on CM5 chip via anti-human IgG Fc antibodies surface, can bind Human Glypican 3 (S359F), low endotoxin (Cat. No. GP3-H5223) with an affinity constant of 1.96 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
293 cells were transfected with anti-GPC3-scFv and RFP tag. 2e5 of the cells were first stained with B. Human Glypican 3 (S359F), low endotoxin (Cat. No. GP3-H5223, 3 μg/ml) and C. His tag protein control, followed by FITC-conjugated anti-6xHis tag antibody. A. Non-transfected 293 cells and C. His tag protein control were used as negative control. RFP was used to evaluate CAR (anti-GPC3-scFv) expression and FITC was used to evaluate the binding activity of Human Glypican 3 (S359F), low endotoxin (Cat. No. GP3-H5223).
