This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 42.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 53-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human OX40 Ligand, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
FACS assay shows that recombinant Human OX40 Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. OXL-H526x) can bind to 293T cell overexpressing human OX40. The concentration of OX40 Ligand used is 0.01 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
