Human CD3 epsilon & CD3 delta Heterodimer Protein is produced by co-expression of CD3E and CD3D, has a calculated MW of 16.7 kDa (CD3E), 13.5 kDa (CD3D) . Subunit CD3E is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and subunit CD3D contains no tag. The predicted N-terminus is Asp 23 (CD3E) & Phe 22 (CD3D). The reducing (R) heterodimer protein migrates as 24-32 kDa (CD3E) and 22 kDa (CD3D) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human CD3E & CD3D Heterodimer Protein on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Immobilized SP34-2 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD3E & CD3D Heterodimer Protein (Cat. No. CDD-H52W4) with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL (QC tested).
