Human ITGA7X2B & ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein, produced by co-expression of ITGA7X2B and ITGB1, has a calculated MW of 116.5 kDa (ITGA7X2B) and 83.7 kDa (ITGB1). Subunit ITGA7X2B is fused with an acidic tail at the C-terminus and followed by a polyhistidine tag and subunit ITGB1 contains no tag but a basic tail at the C-terminus. The predicted N-terminus is Phe 34 (ITGA7X2B) & Gln 21 (ITGB1). As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 110 kDa (ITGA7X2B) and 120-140 kDa (ITGB1) under reducing (R) condition, and 115-125 kDa and 125-135 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).

Human ITGA7X2B & ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and no-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
