This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 75.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 20 kDa and 65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation and proteolytic digestion.

Human PCSK9, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 97%.
FACS analysis shows that Human PCSK9, His Tag (Cat. No. PC9-H5223) inhibits LDL uptake in HepG2 cells. The EC50 for this effect is 0.2857-0.4668 μg/mL.
