Human NY-ESO-1 (HLA-A*02:01) Complex Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer and streptavidin. The biotinylated monomer is assembled by co-expression of NY-ESO-1 covalently linked with B2M and HLA. The biotinylated Human NY-ESO-1 (HLA-A*02:01) Complex monomer carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™). The calculated MW of HLA, B2M and streptavidin are 36.3 kDa, 13.8 and 13.3 kDa, respectively. The protein migrates as 42-45 kDa and 15 kDa and 14 kDa respectively under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
