    Human Laminin 111 E8, Fc Tag(LA1-H5269) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 1878 - Gln 2700 (Laminin lpha1E8) & Asp 1714 – Leu 1786 (Laminin beta1E8) & Asp 1528 – Pro 1609 (Laminin gamma1E8) (Accession # P25391 (Laminin lpha1E8) & P07942 (Laminin beta1E8) & P11047 (Laminin gamma1E8)).
    Predicted N-terminus: Phe 1878 (Laminin lpha1E8) & Pro (Laminin beta1E8) & Pro (Laminin gamma1E8)
  • Molecular Characterization

    This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus

    The protein has a calculated MW of 92.2 kDa | 35 kDa | 35.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 70-80 kDa and 116-125 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

    Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

    >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

    Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 51 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 25 mM Arginine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.

Laminin 111 E8 SDS-PAGE

Human Laminin 111 E8, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under non-reducing (NR) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

    Laminin 111 is an extracellular matrix protein that has also been promoted for its ability to improve muscle regeneration and stabilize the plasma membrane in multiple forms of muscular dystrophy. Laminin 111 E8 is composed of the C-terminal end of Laminin alpha1, beta 1 and gamma 1 chains.
