This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 35-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 66 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human BCMA, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and no-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
293 cells were transfected with anti-BCMA-scFv and RFP tag. 2e5 of the cells were first stained with B. human BCMA / TNFRSF17 protein, Fc tag (Cat. No. BC7-H5254, 3 μg/ml) and C. human Fc tag protein control, followed by FITC-conjugated anti-human IgG Fc antibody. A. Non-transfected 293 cells and C. human Fc tag protein control were used as negative control. RFP was used to evaluate CAR (anti-BCMA-scFv) expression and FITC was used to evaluate the binding activity of human BCMA / TNFRSF17 protein, Fc tag (Cat. No. BC7-H5254).
