Inhibition of Europium-chelate labeled Human IL-4: FA labeled Human IL-4RA binding by Anti-IL-4RA Neutralizing Antibody
Premix serial dilutions of Anti-IL-4RA Neutralizing Antibody (1:2 serial dilution, from 2 μg/mL to 0.002 μg/mL (13.33-0.013 nM)) and FA Labeled Human IL-4RA Protein and incubate at room temperature (20℃-25℃) for 0.5 hours. Then add Human IL-4 Protein Europi-um-chelate and incubate at room temperature (20℃-25℃) for 0.5 hours. Detection was performed with IC50 of 0.7848nM. The assay was performed according to the above-described Datasheet (QC tested).
