    Human iPSC-Derived Spinal Cord Organoids are differentiated from hESC or iPSCs. Spinal cord organoids are three-dimensional in vitro models with a cellular composition and structural organization that is representative to the human spinal cord regions. The Ready-to-use spinal cord organoids are derived form human iPS cells and being cultured for more than 60 days. Organoids generated using Human iPSC-Derived Spinal Cord Organoid feature various types of cells, mature neurons, acetylcholinergic neurons, oligodendrocyte precursor cells, mature motor neurons, excitatory neurons, inhibitory neurons, etc. The spinal cord organoids has basic excitability, rich electrophysiological activities and high repeatability.
