    SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein (P681H), His Tag (S1N-C52Hb) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Val 16 - Arg 685 (Accession # QHD43416.1(P681H)). P681H mutation was identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20B/501Y.V1, VOC 202012/01, or B.1.1.7 lineage) which emerged in the United Kindom.

    This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

    The protein has a calculated MW of 76.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
