    This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the N-terminus.

    The protein has a calculated MW of 42.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human CLEC2D, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

    CLEC2D (C-type lectin domain family 2 member D) is also known as CLAX, LLT1, OCIL is receptor for KLRB1 that protects target cells against natural killer cell-mediated lysis, inhibits osteoclast formation, inhibits bone resorption and modulates the release of interferon-gamma. It is also a ligand for the human NKR-P1A (CD161) receptor, present on NK cells and T cells. Furthermore, The reference shows the pathway may as a potential immunotherapy targets.
