Biotinylated Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque LRRC15, His,Avitag (LR5-C82E7) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Tyr 22 - Gly 538 (Accession # A0A2K5UKB6-1). In the region Tyr 22 - Gly 538, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque LRRC15 are identical.

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 61.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 70-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
