This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus and an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 48-53 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
