Purity and length
Double-strand RNA standard was confirmed for purity and length via RNA electrophoresis. The gel was stained with ethidium bromide. The length of dsRNA standard was validated with RNA ladder marker (NEB, N0363S).The purity is greater than 90% .
Sensitivity and Quantification Range
N1-Me-pUTP dsRNA (400bp)was detected using the Double-Stranded RNA (dsRNA) ELISA Kit (Cat. No. RES-A092), with a quantification range of 50-1600 pg/mL and an LLOQ as low as 50 pg/mL, based on a four-parameter logistic (4-PL) curve fit. (QC tested).
