MABSol® Biotinylated Human CD47, Fc,Avitag (CD7-H82F6) is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It contains AA Gln 19 - Pro 139 (Accession # Q08722-3).
Predicted N-terminus: Gln 19
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 42.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-66 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
