Human ITGA7X2B&ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Tag Free, produced by co-expression of ITGA7X2B and ITGB1, has a calculated MW of 116.5 kDa (ITGA7X2B) and 83.7 kDa (ITGB1). Subunit ITGA7X2B is fused with an acidic tail at the C-terminus and followed by a polyhistidine tag and subunit ITGB1 contains no tag but a basic tail at the C-terminus. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 120-140 kDa (ITGA7X2B) and 110 kDa (ITGB1) under reducing (R) condition, and 115-125 kDa and 125-135 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
