This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 26.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 32-35 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

LikesWe have used this products in running out ELISAs to estimate the antibody levels in patient samples and the consistency in results was great. Easy to store the product. Most stable antigens in the market which can withstand slight temperature fluctuations. Long term stability. Was able to generate great results which are published already. Along this pandemic timeline, Acro is the only company which has been persistent with manufacturing all new mutants as soon as it is updated on CDC which helped a lot in understanding the mutant faster and generating data.
