    Biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 Spike NTD, His,Avitag (SPD-C82H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ser 13 - Leu 303 (Accession # QHD43416.1 (T19R, G142D, EF156-157del, R158G)). The mutations T19R, G142D, EF156-157del, R158G were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant (Pango lineage: B.1.617.2).

  • Molecular Characterization

    This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

    The protein has a calculated MW of 36.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

  • Labeling

    Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Background
