SARS-CoV-2 Spike NTD Protein, His Tag (XBB.1/Omicron) (SPD-C5245) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ser 13 - Leu 303 (Accession # QHD43416.1 (T19I, LPP24-26del, A27S, V83A, G142D, Y144del, H146Q, Q183E, V213E, G252V)). The spike mutations are identified on the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant (Pango lineage: XBB.1).

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 34.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 47-64 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
