Mouse MMP-8 Protein, His Tag (MM8-M52H7) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 21 - Gly 262 (Accession # O70138-1). It needs to be activated by agents such as APMA in vitro to have hydrolytic activity.
