This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 45.5 kDa.The protein is cleaved at furin site and divided into 29.8kDa and 15.7kDa.The protein migrates as 47-50 kDa and 28kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
