The CHO/Human B7-H3 (4Ig) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the receptor full length human B7-H3 (4Ig) (Uniprot: Q5ZPR3-1), used to mimic cancer target cells. Surface expression of human B7-H3 (4Ig) was confirmed by flow cytometry.
