This is a directly conjugated material, thus no need for a secondary antibody so it can simply your experimental design and reduce the complexity of your experimental variables when designing your experiment's working range. A dilution series from their recommended 1:50, dilution sill performed well in flow cytometry well ~200 dilution (8x more dilute than recommended) and still detected positive cells at a 1:800 dilution (16-fold higher dilution than recommended) where I ended the titration series. Note- Your experimental setup may have different optimum dilutions, depending on your setup and goals. There was no non-specific binding, thus enabling minimal PBS washes and potentially allows for less cells to be utilized as some fraction will be lost each wash. I'm very pleased with the product, it will simplify assay design and reduce development time.
