Flow cytometric analysis of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells staining with 100 μL of 10 μg/mL Human CD19 (20-291) Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. CD9-H52H2) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed with Alexa Fluor 488-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-His Antibody, Human IgG1 (55F8) (Cat. No. HIS-AFM549) at 1:50 dilution (2 μL of the antibody stock solution corresponds to labeling of 1e6 cells in a final volume of 100 µL) and analyzed with FACS. Alexa Fluor 488 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
