This antibody panel comprises four distinct rabbit monoclonal antibodies against MMAF, with slight differences in their recognition epitopes. Consequently, they may exhibit varying affinity levels towards different MMAF analogs or different conjugates of MMAE and linkers. This panel can be used to conduct preliminary experiments for screening the optimal antibody clone.

This panel contains four anti-MMAF monoclonal antibodies, suitable for pharmacokinetic (PK) detection of ADC with MMAF as the payload. All the anti-MMAF monoclonal antibodies are recombinantly expressed from HEK293, can be used as a capture antibody for detecting conjugated antibodies in ELISA assay.
