Molecular Characterization
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 74.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 130-150 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
