Biotinylated Human / Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD28, His,Avitag (CD8-H82E5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Asn 19 - Pro 152 (Accession # P10747-1). In the region Asn 19 - Pro 152, the amino acid sequences of Human, Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque CD28 are identical.
Predicted N-terminus: Asn 19
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 18.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 55-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a dimer.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
