Used 3 ug/ml of this protein as the capture antigen in an ELISA assay to screen for anti-mouse CD38 mAbs. Very strong signal from the positive control anti-mouse CD38 mAb (clone: NIMR5) and no binding to several anti-human CD38 mAbs or the anti-IgG secondary Ab in the assay. The "ETD of in-stock products: 2 business days" statement on Acro website was accurate. Fast shipment. Professional COA and instructions on how to reconstitute and store this product.
