Integrin alpha V beta 3, ITGAV&ITGB3
Mouse ITGAV&ITGB3 Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Tag Free, produced by co-expression of ITGAV and ITGB3, has a calculated MW of 112.5 kDa (ITGAV) and 81.6 kDa (ITGB3). Subunit ITGAV is fused with an acidic tail at the C-terminus and followed by a polyhistidine tag and subunit ITGB3 contains no tag but a basic tail at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 95-105 kDa, 120-130 kDa and 140-160 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
