Cynomolgus MARCO, His Tag (MAR-C5248) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 79 - Ile 520 (Accession # A0A2K5X0Z2-1).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 45.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-70 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
