Human OX40 Ligand Protein, His Tag AIDD-Ready protein is designed for direct use in SPR assays. It is supplied in a sugar-free, glycerol-free formulation to eliminate refractive index interference in SPR. No desalting or buffer exchange is required before use, simplifying the SPR workflow and supporting high-throughput experimental validation to accelerate the transition from AI prediction to wet-lab validation.
OX40L, TNFSF4, CD252, Glycoprotein Gp34, TXGP1, CD134 ligand, CD134L
Human OX40 Ligand Protein, His Tag (OXL-H5243AI) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 51 - Leu 183 (Accession # P23510-1).
Predicted N-terminus: His
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa and >130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Formulated in a proprietary trehalose-free buffer, supplied ready-to-use for SPR/BLI analysis - no buffer exchange required.
