Human Semaphorin 3A, Fc Tag (SEA-H5257) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Lys 26 - Val 771 (Accession # Q14563-1 (R552A, R555A)).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 112.4 kDa. Besides Furin cleavage site (Arg 555 - Gln 556), the protein also has an unknown protease cleavage site at Leu 709 - Ile 710. The protein migrates as 100 kDa and 115 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
