This product can be used at < 0.4 ug/ml as a detection agent to quantify anti CD38 antibodies in a binding assay. Anti CD38 antibodies in either bovine serum albumin based sample diluent or murine serum can be detected by this production without a problem. Specific signals from the subsequent streptavidin conjugated enzyme reaction were very strong and very low noise from the negative control antibody group.
