This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 9.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 15-17 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

LikesThe product is used to determine the expression level of BCMA-CAR after transduction in human cells. Flow cytometry analysis was used to determine the expression of BCMA-CAR by first staining with viability dye, block the FcR, then stained with this product in 5ul of this product resuspended to manufacturer's spec, in 100ul staining volume. The samples were then labeled with Streptavidin-PECy7 and gone through flow cytometry. This product provides a good way to evaluate BCMA-CAR expression with minimum noise. Highly recommended!- M***t2021-09-14 LikesWe are using the biotinylated Human BCMA for an affinity capture assay and we are really happy with the product performance. The antigen are coupled to magnetic beads in order to pull out anti-BCMA antibodies from biological matrices. We receive very high reproducibility and accuracy of results in combination with a high throughput of samples. Using these beads we obtain a very low LLOQ, which was not possible with antigens from other companies.
