Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD27 Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (CD7-C5259) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 20 - Arg 191 (Accession # XP_005569963.1). In the region Ala 20 - Arg 191, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque CD27 are identical.

This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 46.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-66 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
