We used this product to conduct binding affinity measurements with molecular modulators that were designed to bind to TNFα In Vitro. Experiment applied was Microscale Thermophoresis that detects binding and, with dilution series, binding affinity between TNFα and test molecule. Results showed low micro molar binding, which showed that TNFα and test molecule behaved as we hoped for! Now we ordered more of this protein for further tests
