The protein has a calculated MW of 45.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

FACS analysis shows that Human CD40, Fc Tag (HPLC-verified) (Cat .No. CD0-H5253) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CD40L. The concentration of Human CD40 is 0.1 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
