This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

LikesI ordered this biotinylated mouse Fc gamma RIV material to test the kinetics of Fc engineered mouse antibodies. The Fc receptor arrived quickly. The certificate of analysis was complete and provided useful recommendations for reconstituting the lyophilized material as well as suggested short and long-term storage conditions. I used the material in Biacore (SPR) using Biotin CAP chip. The material worked well in this assay format and we were able to draw useful conclusions.
