In the TR-FRET assay, Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (Cat. No. FRT-TD09) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG Antibody FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA02) is used as the Acceptor. Biotinylated Human PD-1 Protein, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82E4), at 1 ng/well, can bind to the Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 with a linear detection range of 5-0.005 μg/mL (QC tested).

In the TR-FRET assay, Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (Cat. No. FRT-TD09) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-His Tag Antibody, Human IgG1 FA-Labeled (Cat. No. FRT-TA04) is used as the Acceptor. An inhibition Assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 resulting in a typical IC50 of 2.285 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

No. FRT-TA05) is used as the Acceptor. An inhibition Assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 resulting in a typical IC50 of 1.578 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

In this TR-FRET assay, Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TD09) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG Antibody FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TA02) is used as the Acceptor. Biotinylated Human EGF R, His,Avitag (Cat. No. EGR-H82E3), at 1.25 ng/well, can bind to the Cetuximab with a linear detection range of 8-0.001 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

In this TR-FRET assay, Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TD09) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG Antibody FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TA02) is used as the Acceptor. Biotinylated Human Her2, His,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. No. HE2-H82E2), at 1.25 ng/well, can bind to the Pertuzumab with a linear detection range of 4-0.001 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

In this TR-FRET assay, Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TD09) is used as the Donor and Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG Antibody FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-TA02) is used as the Acceptor. Biotinylated Human CD20 Full Length, His,Avitag (Cat. No. CD0-H82E3), at 1.5 ng/well, can bind to the Glofitamab with a linear detection range of 16-0.008 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
