Antibodies

ACROBiosystems has developed a series of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, including the matched antibody pairs with high sensitivity and affinity used for antigen detection of diagnostic kit development. Additionally, we also developed the unique neutralizing antibodies isolated from the convalescent patients' serum.

Recombinant Proteins

SARS-CoV-2 is an enveloped positive-stranded RNA virus that consists of four structural proteins including spike (S) glycoprotein, envelope (E) protein, membrane (M) protein, and nucleocapsid (N) protein. Spike glycoprotein is the most important surface protein of SARS-CoV-2, which can mediate the virus entry into human respiratory epithelial cells by interacting with cell surface receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2). S, S1 and S RBD proteins are important targets in the development of SARS-COV-2 therapeutics and vaccines. The quality and application of SARS-COV-2 S, S1, S RBD and human ACE2 and other proteins are the key to the development of antiviral drugs.

Serial dilutions of SARS-CoV-2 inhibitor (Cat. No. AC2-NA005) (1:2 serial dilutions, from 20 μg/mL to 0.039 μg/mL (180 nM to 0.35 nM)) was added into Biotinylated ACE2: SARS-CoV-2 S protein RBD binding reactions. The assay was performed according to the above described protocol. Background was subtracted from data points prior to log transformation and curve fitting.

Antibodies of the corresponding concentration of 100 L (10 g/mL~0.039 g/mL) were added. One hour later,fluorescent labeled secondary antibody was added for another one-hour-reaction, the corresponding Binding signal was detected and the Binding curve as obtained.
