5e5 of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 20 μg/mL Biotinylated Human CD19 (20-291) Protein, Fc,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. The purity of Recombinant Streptavidin Protein, premium grade (Cat. No. STN-N5114) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 45-60 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
