Human IgG3 Fc Protein, Tag Free

  • Synonym
    Ig gamma-3 chain C region,IgG, IgG3
  • Source
Human IgG3 Fc, Tag Free (IG3-H5200) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Glu 99 - Lys 377 (Accession # P01860).
    Predicted N-terminus: Glu 99
  • Molecular Characterization
    IgG3 Fc(Glu 99 - Lys 377) P01860

Human IgG3-Fc / IGHG3 Region has a calculated MW of 31.2 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Glu 99. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 40-50 kDa in SDS-PAGE  due to glycosylation.

  • Endotoxin
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
  • Purity

    >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

  • Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

  • Reconstitution

Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.

For best performance, we strongly recommend you to follow the reconstitution protocol provided in the CoA.

  • Storage

For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.

    Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

No activity loss was observed after storage at:

    1. 4-8°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;

    2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Human IgG3 Fc, Tag Free (Cat. No. IG3-H5200) SDS-PAGE gel
