Assay of human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 (71-254) protein on the μBeads surface by Flow cytometry. The human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 (71-254) protein conjugated on the μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C012) surface were fluorescently stained using PE anti-human CD137L (4-1BB Ligand) Antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry.
FACS assay shows that Biotinylated Human 4-1BB, Fc,Avitag (41B-H82F8) can bind to HEK293/Human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 Stable Cell Line (CHEK-ATP039). HEK293/Human 4-1BB Ligand / TNFSF9 Stable Cell was red line, Negative control HEK293 cells was grey line (QC tested).
Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254), Fc,Avitag, premium grade (Cat. No. 41L-H82Fa) captured on Protein A Chip can bind Human 4-1BB, His Tag (Cat. No. 41B-H52Hc) with an affinity constant of 342 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).
